@Entergy there are no trees or power lines down in park Forest (70814). There also isn’t any standing water. Why is the power still off for half of the neighborhood? Please don’t tell me you’re assessing the situation because we have seen no entergy trucks in out neighborhood.

Hey @Entergy it’s ridiculous that we have 2800 homes on our power grid down in Baton Rouge 70817 and can’t get a single legitimate update past the boilerplate update and apology for the inconvenience.It’s been almost 5 days and we can’t get a single bit of actual information?

So @Entergy says they have over 21,000 workers from over 28 states. Well they obviously need 21,000 more. My power has been off since Sunday, and then they’ll probably be a fee on our bill for the repairs. How do you charge citizens for power they don’t have?? We pay for power.

@Entergy I don’t want a map, I want an explanation as to why my power isn’t on. Whomever is running this social media needs to improve their tactics. You’re not providing any actual information to your customers and just giving us the run-around.

@SpectreHavoc @EntergyLA @Entergy Too weak to prepare?! Entergy is saying we’ll be out of power for 3 weeks and that we shouldn’t come back. An avg. hotel room is $130/night x 30 days = $3900/family. Don’t say I didn’t prepare because entergy doesn’t care about undue burden they are putting on their customers.

@cbert71 @EntergyNOLA Design wind load was the same (Entergy planned to build a new transmission line to South Jefferson to a higher standard - 150 mph winds. Planned completion 2022) and winds exceeded design windsThere are multiple paths between 9 mile & NOLA. At least 5 to my limited knowledge 1/

New Orleans city council should pass something saying citizens can charge Entergy $50 per residence for every day without power. Also that Entergy cannot pass on the cost of infrastructure failures due to ****** maintenance to customers.
