You may request to be placed on a payment plan by visiting the Clerk’sCriminal Justice Online System. Once you elect to pay and if your case is not in collection agency status, you will have the option to sign up for a payment plan.
The payment plan fee is $25 per case. If you are not indigent you can enroll and pay on-line. You will be required to make a down payment based on your balance and criminal case type. You will have the option of selecting to receive email or text notifications as reminders of future outstanding payments.
If you qualify for indigent status, you will need to bring your completed Payment Plan Application to the Clerk’s Office location that corresponds with your case type as listed below. You may schedule an appointmentbefore visiting our offices to avoid delays.
